Refund Policy

In accordance to EU consumer Law, customers have the right to return their order within 14 days of delivery.  

To be eligible for a return, items must be unused, unopened, and in their original packaging.  

We do not accept returns or issue refunds for items that have been opened, used or tampered with, as our products are hygiene and consumable items.  

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.  

 

Damaged or Incorrect Items 

If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with clear photographic evidence.  In these cases, we will offer a replacement or refund at no additional cost.  

 

Non-refundable costs

Shipping fees, customs duties and taxes are non-refundable.
